About Me
Nobuhiko Mitoma received his B.Eng. in 2008 and M.Eng. in 2010 from Osaka University under the supervision of Prof. Masashi
Shiraishi and his Ph.D. in 2013 from Tohoku University under the supervision of Prof. Katsumi Tanigaki. He experienced postdoctoral studies at Osaka Prefecture University, National Institute for Materials Science, and Nagoya University. In 2020, he moved to RIKEN and became a Research Scientist. In 2022, he was specially appointed as Assistant Professor of the University of Tokyo. His research interests include (1) 2D materials, (2) functional polymeric materials, and (3) novel π-conjugating systems.
