About Me

Zebin Su was born Fujian Province, China 1991. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Peking University (China) in 2014. After, He joined the Ph.D. program in the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering, the University of Akron (USA) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Stephen Z.D. Cheng. During his Ph.D. research, he focused on the synthesis and the self-assembly behaviors of nano-sized macromolecules. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2019. After a short research experience in the South China University of Technology, he joined Riken (Japan) as a postdoc under the supervision of Prof. Takuzo Aida in 2021. At the same year, Dr. Su was awarded the JSPS postdoctoral fellowship. His current research interests are the synthesis and solid-state self-assembly behaviors and phase structures of supramolecular polymers.
