​​We are seeking energetic, creative and diverse researchers from around the world at all career stages to establish together with us a sustainable future and beyond.  The AIDA Lab uses a number of different approaches to explore new interdisciplinary knowledge in the fields of supramolecular polymerization, bio-related materials, and functional soft materials.  Fully funded postdoctoral and graduate student positions are available immediately.  Applicants should have a background in Polymer Science, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, or related.  The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of academic achievement, be highly motivated, and work well with others.  

The Department of Chemistry and Biotechnology at The University of Tokyo provides a leading graduate program (Spring/Fall) for prospective students.  It also provides a variety of Scholarships and Fellowships for the students.

Postdoctoral Fellows

The AIDA Laboratory at RIKEN and the University of Tokyo provides a second-to-none research platform for perspective postdoctoral researchers from all over the world.  We are diverse, creative, and cooperative.

Visiting Students

We welcome visiting students and researchers to work with us under the same vision.  The RIKEN International Program Associate (RIKEN IPA) program provides an attractive financial support for perspective visiting students.
